PRISCILLA

I was born in Long Beach, California, and have lived and practiced all around the world. I am sincerely grateful for this inclusive foundation and the cultural immersion it has provided for me.  In my healing offerings, I use a combination of Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, and Integrated Meditation. These teachings and tools have been highly transformational and regenerative in my personal experience and continue to illuminate my life. The human ability to heal and rebalance the mind, body and spirit is truly great. I believe this deeply, and ultimately want to support people in creating the space for the life they were born to live.

::

Whether you are completely new to all of this or highly experienced, I will provide a safe space to experience these techniques and support you through transitions as you integrate your new vision. I invite you to get in touch with me directly for a chat on how these healing practices can support your needs and nourish your well-being.

::

I hold Reiki Level 1 and 2 training and certification from the San Francisco Reiki Center, with Christopher Tellez, where I worked as a Reiki practitioner for over 4 years. I completed my Reiki Master Teacher training with Ewa Litauer of SF Hypnotherapy.  I also completed Levels 1-3 in Integrated Meditation at Psychic Horizons in San Francisco. I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, trained at the Kundalini Yoga Center (Guru Ram Das Ashram) in San Francisco and with Gurmukh of Golden Bridge Yoga and teach weekly Kundalini classes to both new and advanced yogis.

::

I hold my M.A. in Global Governance and Public Policy from the University of London, UK and B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona. Go Wildcats! Before realizing my passion and calling for the healing arts, I worked in alternative investments financial services management, and international relations non-profit organizations. I speak Spanish, German, and Italian.
